4.3 If you would like a copy of any PDS or TMD for a product we have discussed with you, please contact us and we will provide it to you free of charge.
5. Our Role as Your Broker
5.1 National Cover is an insurance broker, not an insurer. We act on your behalf to arrange insurance with various insurance companies. We provide general advice only and do not provide personal advice.
- Provide general information about insurance products from multiple insurers
- Arrange insurance policies on your behalf based on general advice
- Assist with policy variations, renewals, and cancellations
- Provide guidance and support during the claims process
- Act as an intermediary between you and the insurer
- We do not provide personal advice
- We do not assess whether a product is suitable for your personal circumstances
